Heavy Equipment Division, located in Miami, Fl. USA - See Line Sheet.
 
This division is located in one of the main shipping ports in the USA, allowing easy access to export goods to all our international customers. This division strives to be one of the most efficient suppliers of Heavy Equipment spare parts in the world. We count on trained staff to offer fast, efficient service to our customers worldwide, while offering competitive pricing and quick delivery times. Through this division, we also specialize in buying/selling large size, low hour heavy equipment.
 
Most US exporters of heavy equipment spare parts are usually smaller size companies who lack the necessary infrastructure to provide a quality service thus these smaller exporters are limited to dealing with a very limited amount of clients, we know this because this is exactly what happened to us in our very beginning in the early to mid 1990's. We realized that in order to grow to a sustainable level we needed to have a very organized company with well defined departments such as sales, quoting, orders handling, warehousing and accounting departments. Most US exporters are not able to evolve from small nitche companies to being able to offer the same service to a wide arrange of clientele specially for larger size companies, we were fortunate to have other related business (see our Industrial Division below) that helped us grow our Heavy Equipment Division to what it is today: A company that can help from the smallest to the largerst companies around the world with all their purchases of heavy equipment spare parts at competitive prices but most of all by keeping track of all components through the supply chain and to catch problems (potential claim items) while the parts are still in the USA and if for any reason a claim arises we have expertise and financial ability to rectify such problems.

Our Industrial Division works exclusively within Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean. Our business model is geared to provide goods and services to specific customers via local personnel whom we make partners, these partners are highly specialized engineers with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in specific industries. Our local partner's job is to exclusively service one large industrial client or to service a very limited number of medium sized customers in the same type of industry. Our key goal is to become a comprehensive product and services suppliers via distribution/representative agreements with the OEMs (manufacturers) on most of the products needed in each specific industry and to be able to provide industry related experts at our customer's plants to advice and support those customers in maximizing output of their equipment. In short, our goal is to become a comprehensive solutions provider for our customers as we can support their technical as well as maintenance needs quickly and efficiently.
 
This division is expanding its customer base on a plant per plant basis using the model described above. The main component in our expansion is our need to find knowledgeable partners to be our on-site consultants for that specific plant. These partners usually have been plant employees who are on good terms with the plant’s management and staff. Through these partners we have the added advantage of having intimate knowledge of the equipments at our customer's plants and an assurance that our partners are well known and accepted at the plant level, this allows an additional level of openness and acceptability towards our products and services.
