Our objective is simple: to give each one of our clients the best service that can ever be provided in order to become our customers’ preferred supplier. This goal can only be achieved by placing a full-time, industry-specific expert in each one of our customer's plants to act as a free consultant and fully dedicate themselves to servicing this one particular client’s needs.  Furthermore, we seek industry experts that are thoroughly familiar with the one plant they are to service as the better we know our customer's plants, the better service we can provide.  This ideal system creates a highly efficient, low-cost, individualized, and relationship-based operation that greatly benefits the client, the equipment manufacturer, the expert engineer, and our company.  All of this allows us to achieve our ultimate goal: to make each one of our clients our only client.

Additional considerations that are needed to make our operation unique and successful:

  • Each one of our experts is to be a senior engineer with a lifetime of experience in the particular industry in which they are to operate.
  • We will offer each expert a partnership so that they are partial owners of the operation.
  • In order to generate enough sales to support this operation, we need to become comprehensive suppliers to each of the industries that we service. This means becoming distributors, agents, or representatives for at least 70% of the equipment used in each of the industries in which we operate.
  • Each company that we represent manufactures the highest quality products and is the technological leader in their respective field.  We especially look for products that generate very high efficiency gains over currently adopted technologies in order to guarantee very quick ROIs and improve our customers' bottom line.

  • Our industry experts tend to be people who intimately know or have worked in the particular plant which they are currently servicing.  Their direct knowledge of the day-to-day workings of the plant allows them to better serve as consultants. Also, this guarantees personal relationships with everybody at this plant—from laborers to upper management.
  • Since our engineers are thoroughly familiar with the equipment being used at this plant, we offer our clients a combination of a product expert and an industry expert in one.
  • Our engineers will not only be able to sell components but also carry out complex projects, as they have already directed complex projects for the same customers in the past.
  • Since each of our engineers has a particular field of expertise in which they excel, we can pull together the resources of our many engineers to solve complex problems as well as orchestrate, acquire and construct most projects that come our way.
  • Our engineers’ primary job is to help our customers increase the efficiency of their equipments and of their processes in order to improve our customer’s bottom line—successful results will earn us the right to become our customer's in-house consultants.

Possible complications:

  • If a plant is not large enough to support or require a full-time engineer, the engineer will have to oversee additional plants in his/her same industry of expertise. However, we would strive to service as few plants as possible per consultant, so as to continue ensuring excellent customer service.

We are currently applying this business model in Central America. We are looking to expand this model to operate throughout Latin America in the near future. We believe this move will set the base for further expansion to other continents, therefore eventually making this model the standard for service and provision of goods to large industrial plants worldwide.
